5-Year Limited Warranty

What this warranty covers
All Shades Studio warrants that your custom window treatment will be free from defects in materials and workmanship — meaning a flaw in fabrication, stitching, or components that stops the product from functioning as intended — for five (5) years from the date of delivery, under normal residential use.
Who is covered
This warranty extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It applies to the product as installed in the window for which it was ordered. Products used in commercial settings are not covered by this warranty — trade and contract clients are welcome to contact our Trade Program for project terms.
What we will do
If a covered defect appears within the warranty period, we will, at our option, repair the product, remake the affected panel or shade, or replace it with an equivalent product. Return and replacement shipping for valid claims is on us. If the exact fabric or component has been discontinued, we will offer the closest available substitute.
What this warranty does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, and the natural characteristics of textile products — including linen’s slubs and relaxed drape, gradual softening of pleats, and minor dimensional movement with humidity;
- Fading or discoloration from sunlight exposure;
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, pets, insects, excessive humidity, salt air, or exposure to the elements;
- Damage caused by cleaning methods other than those in our care instructions, or by installation that does not follow our mounting guidance;
- Products used in commercial settings;
- Measuring errors on customer-supplied dimensions (see our remake policy below).
Made-to-order remake policy
Every piece is sewn to your measurements, so orders cannot be returned or exchanged once in production. If we made an error, we will remake the piece at no charge. If your supplied measurements were incorrect, we will remake it at 75% of the original price — a 25% remake discount, once per order.
How to make a claim
Email hello@allshadesstudio.com within 30 days of discovering the issue. Include your order number, a description, and photos of the defect. We respond within 2 business days.
Legal
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state. To the extent permitted by law, any implied warranties are limited in duration to the five-year term above, and All Shades Studio is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
